The Pump Desk is a sit-to-stand chair desk intended for students between fifth and twelfth grade. This desk easily converts from sitting to a standing by folding down the seat and raising the desktop with a simple foot-operated pneumatic pump, similar to what you will find in a salon or barber chair. The Pump Desk is constructed of durable stainless steel and features a soft polymer seat available in several colors and a replaceable laminate top. This desk combats the sedentary lifestyle by giving students a standing option without having to switch desks and utilizes very simple technology to ensure years of service.
